Junior High students are selling strawberries as a fundraiser. Strawberries will come with 3 options: Full Flat( 8 containers,1 lb each) for $35, 1/2 Flat (4 containers, 1lb each) for $20 & 1/4 flat (2 containers, 1lb each) for $14. Payment is due at pick up, which will be mid-February based on the weather and ripening season. You will be emailed or called once the strawberry delivery is set. Orders are due by February 6th.

West Holt Junior High Basketball 'A' Team Tournament Information for this Saturday Jan 24th

Last Wednesday, members of the Keya Paha FFA traveled to Atkinson to compete in Leadership Development Events. Courtnie, Shelby, Caitlyn and Nate- Competed in Ag Demonstrations with using Virtual Fencing and received 4th place (state alternate) Karlene- competed in Employment Skills and made it to finals and received a purple ribbon Zach- competed in Employment Skills and received a blue ribbon Zoey- competed in Senior Public Speaking and received a red ribbon Andrew- competed in Creed Speaking and received a blue ribbon Trent- competed in Creed Speaking a received a red ribbon. It was a very successful day!

The Valentine Speech Meet tomorrow has been cancelled

All Junior High Sports Practices are cancelled today

Due to some conflicts we have to move the JH Boys Basketball games with Boyd County.

These games will now be on Jan. 27 starting at 6:00PM at Keya Paha.

The JV boys game with Niobrara-Verdigre will now be 2 quarters starting at 4:30 pm on Tuesday Jan 20th. Girls then boys Varsity will follow.

First Round Begins 10:30 a.m.


PARKING: PLEASE PARK YOUR VANS AND/OR BUS IN THE FOOTBALL PARKING LOT.

OFFICIALS: Jason Hansen, Jake Brown, Drew Lanman, Jimmy Buell

TRAINER: Kurt Schmoldt, Columbus Community Hospital

SEEDING: We will use NSAA Seed Criteria. No need to enter your head-to-heads.

AWARDS: Four individual medals in each weight class. 2 team trophies

PASSES: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CONFERENCE OR SCHOOL PASSES.
We will use your entry form for admission in the gym.
ADMINISTRATORS AND ATHLETIC DIRECTORS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AT THE GATE.

ENTRY FEE: $125 per team or $25 per wrestler for 4/less, please pay fee to Battle Creek High School.

VALUABLES: Please be responsible for your own valuables.

ADMISSION: Adults - $6.00 – Students $4.00 -- Admission will be good for entire tournament.
