High School students attended the Northeast Community College Scholastic day held in Norfolk a few weeks ago. The following students placed in the top ten in their area of testing. The Niobrara Valley Conference High School Golf tournament will be held at Tatanka Golf Club April 23, with a shotgun start at 9:00. Driving range will be open at 7:45, driving range balls are included in the event. There will be a players meeting at 8:45. Carts will be lined up to shuttle the players to their starting holes. The golfers will drive out to their starting holes and will leave the carts out on the golf course until their round is over and then use the carts on their last hole to drive back to the clubhouse

For their education career cluster the 8th-grade students created short lesson plans with activities to teach the Kindergarten students. The engaging stations included Math word problems, addition and subtraction with Unifix cubes , an M&M's addition and subtraction game, and a play-doh activity with ten frames. The kindergarten students absolutely loved participating in these engaging tasks!

State FFA photos! Students toured Hudl, attended sessions with great guest speakers, and attended the annual chapter activity which was bowling. Students also visited the State Capitol where they had the opportunity to meet Senators including our State Senator Tom Brewer. Students listened to a session, toured the library and Senator Brewer gave them a tour of his office.
