One of our intervention groups has been diving into Fat Bear Week that takes place annually in Katmai National Park in Alaska. Today we had guest speaker Linnea Steinhauser who lived in King Salmon, Alaska and had visited the prime fishing spot, Brooks Falls, for brown bears during the salmon run. Thursday HSVB vs CWC @ RC. CWC CANNOT play JV. It will be a Varsity match only. NCYAC volleyball will having a scrimmage from 5:30-6:30. Parent’s Night will be around 6:30pm. The Varsity match is scheduled to begin around 7:00pm. The HS girls will be attending the NCYAC games.

Results from National FFA Proficiencies have come through and the Keya Paha FFA would like to send out a HUGE Congratulations to Angela Frick and Kit Painter for receiving a silver rating on their National Proficiency applications!

Although they will not be traveling to National FFA Convention ,as they did not make finals, we are still very proud for this prestigious achievement and representing our chapter at the National Level!
