Jenna, Katelyn, Courtney and Jackson traveled to Valentine today to compete in the Heart City Bull Bash Livestock Competition.


Hey staff, students, and community members. Let's show our community support for Barrett by wearing our Barrett's Buddies shirts on Wednesday, February 16th.

Third graders are mathematizing with weight and liquid measurements!



5th and 6th grade enjoyed dissecting dogfish sharks and crawfish. One of the sharks had 3 pups inside! They also enjoyed showing grades K-4 what they had done.



Daisy and Stetson traveled to Stuart on Feb. 9th to complete their FFA State Degree interview during the District State Degree and Proficiency Review . We also had students compete with their SAE Proficiencies. Stetson and Daisy received their State Degree. Daisy also received District Star Farmer and gold state with her Sheep Production proficiency. Cinch - silver rating with Beef Production proficiency. Katelyn - gold state Agriscience Research Integrated Systems. Hannah- Gold rating Goat Production proficiency
Stetson and Daisy will be on stage at State FFA. Katelyn and Daisy will be advancing to state with their proficiencies. Congratulations to all these students!


There is a benefit for Ms. Walker tonight at the basketball game in Bassett. Let's show our support.


Good Luck to the North Central Knights Basketball teams tonight. Tonight is also Parents Night for Wrestling in Bassett.


Girls Sub-Districts are out. We host at Rock County


Juniors-If you are interested in law enforcement, the American Legion Junior Law Cadet Program in Grand Island will be held from June 21-24.
Also, if you are interested in attending the Nebraska Attorney General's Youth Conference, it will be held on April 19th in Lincoln.
