
JH music outside practicing bucket drumming for their performance during halftime for the Homecoming Football Game tomorrow night! Come check it out!


JH music students just got done selling butter braids for a fundraiser. They had a goal of selling 55 butter braids and they ended up selling 171 butter braids which equals $2,565 total. So proud of these students and their efforts! Thank you to everyone who supported!

The KPCS hallways are filled with creative ideas for the 'bring anything but a backpack day' to kick of our homecoming week.

To kick off Homecoming week the North Central Lady Knights Volleyball, and the North Central Knights Football teams, played in powderpuff football and volleyball games.



Cross Country information for this Thursday September 29th at West Holt. Please note the change in the order of events!




The JV Football Game with Boyd County on Monday, Sept. 26th has been cancelled. We will now be starting the JH Boys Football game at 5:00pm.

North Central vs Lutheran High Football game will be at 7pm at the Veterans Memorial Park Friday, Sept. 23. They will not be live streaming the game.

Guest Speakers are an important part of our agricultural education curriculum and would like to thank Mitchell Equipment for coming out to speak with our Welding 2 class.


Today our Ag Leadership Class completed our first Community Service project. We raked out several piles of wood chips at the Recreational Area in town.


School picture packets are due in the office on Tuesday, the 27.

9th Grade: STEM Challenge
The challenge is to make a highest tower out of 100 index card. The winner of this challenge goes to Sidon’s group. The second challenge is to make a structure that can hold as much weight/books out of 100 index card. The challenge winner still goes to the boys.





Homecoming is right around the corner. If you are an individual, business or organization that would like to participate in the Homecoming parade, please pick up a parade form available at West Plains Bank or the high school office. Please have forms turned in by September 26th to the high school office.
